The fabric of the sashes is delicate, to prolong its useful life, please follow these recommendations:

• Don't forget to remove any accessories or jewelry when putting on or taking off the girdle.
• Wash by hand or on a delicate washing machine cycle.
• Do not use hot air to dry it as this can shrink the girdle and may also lose its elasticity.
• Don't use iron
• Do not leave soaking
• Do not squeeze
• Don't use chlorine

Didn't it fit? No problem!

If you want to exchange your girdle for a different size or model, you only have to return the original garment to us by following these steps.

1. Your garment and its original packaging must be in perfect condition . clean (no stains, marks or odors) and with its labels (as you received it) and, where applicable, with the accessories or gifts included.
2. Your request must be made in our online store during the first 15 calendar days after receiving it.
3. Make the payment of $240 pesos per size change, which covers the costs of resending and re-shipping your new size.
4. We will send you a return guide so you can take your belt to a Redpack, Fedex or Estafeta branch depending on your location.

Once we receive your girdle in the conditions described in point 1, we will send your new size so that you receive it in an approximate time of 2 to 3 business days if we have stock, otherwise you will be placed on a waiting list to be Shipped as soon as we have them. To find out the stock of a garment, you can visit the model page and select the color and size.

RETURNS

To return your purchase made in our online store , send your belt using the messaging of your choice to the sender address of your shipment, requesting the return in a simple note.

If you prefer to purchase a return guide from us, please consider that this has an additional cost of $120.00 pesos that would be deducted from your return.

All garments have a 30 calendar day warranty after the delivery date.

REQUEST RETURN

REJECTION OF EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

If your girdle does not meet the requirements described above, we will have to reject your return or exchange and we will send you your garment back as long as the cost of reshipping has been covered, otherwise an additional charge will be made for the return of the garment .

WHOLESALERS

For wholesale orders we cannot accept exchanges or returns except for manufacturing defects.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPING

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or returns on purchases made outside of Mexican territory.
